The Level 5 Diploma in AI – Business is designed to develop learners’ ability to evaluate and justify the strategic use of artificial intelligence (AI) within complex organisational contexts. It focuses on enterprise-level decision-making, governance, risk and value creation, supporting learners to engage with AI as a driver of organisational strategy and transformation.

The qualification is suitable for individuals preparing for higher-level study or working in roles that involve strategic planning, leadership or decision-making. It supports progression by developing advanced skills in critical evaluation, trade-off analysis and the justification of AI-related decisions in relation to risk, value, ethics and organisational impact.

This qualification is part of a suite — the Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 Diplomas in AI – Business — intended for non-technical roles and focused on the operational, ethical and strategic implications of AI adoption across functions such as administration, customer service, marketing and decision support.
