The qualification is suitable for individuals preparing for higher-level study or working in roles that involve strategic planning, leadership or decision-making. This qualification is part of a suite — the Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 Diplomas in AI – Business — intended for non-technical roles and focused on the operational, ethical and strategic implications of AI adoption across functions such as administration, customer service, marketing and decision support.
