The Level 3 Diploma in AI – Business is designed to introduce learners to the practical use of artificial intelligence (AI) across core areas of business. It provides foundational knowledge of how AI tools support decision-making, improve efficiency and enable innovation in functions such as marketing, operations, finance and HR.
The qualification is suitable for individuals preparing for higher education in business, data or digital disciplines, as well as those already working in a business environment who wish to develop their understanding and use of AI. It supports progression by developing essential skills in data awareness, ethical understanding and responsible use of AI technologies.
This qualification is part of a suite — the Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 Diplomas in AI – Business, intended for non-technical roles and focused on the operational, ethical and strategic implications of AI adoption across functions such as administration, customer service, marketing and decision support.
